I started working for WFI in 2007 and I service clients in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Lower Hunter and Port Stephens areas.
What I really enjoy about my role is that I’m able to meet with my clients face-to-face to build up a trusted relationship with them. It’s really satisfying to know I can make a difference in a client’s life by helping them to understand insurance when it may seem ‘all too hard’.
WFI has a long proud history of servicing the Australian community. From humble beginnings in 1919, WFI has grown to become a leading Australian business and farm insurer.
WFI are also backed by IAG, bringing the strength of Australasia’s largest general insurer and a top-50 company on the Australian Stock Exchange. At WFI we are able to offer insurance solutions for business owners, farmers, strata managers, landlords and home owners. Each of our products offer our clients a range of options to choose from so our clients can tailor an insurance package to suit their needs. Our business model is focused around providing a direct, personal service along with offering clients tailored insurance solutions. In my role as local Area Manager, this means it’s my business to know our clients’ business.
When you deal with WFI, we will sit down with you and talk you through your insurance options – so you’ll have the peace of mind that you’ve selected the cover that suits your needs, and know that you’re covered in the event the unexpected happens.
We may be living in the age of self-service, but when it comes to safeguarding the things that are important to you and your family, there’s no substitute for personal service from your insurer. That’s why WFI are Good People to Know.
